Photographing families year after year in Starkville, Mississippi is one of the highlights of my job. The Slaughter family has been a joy to watch grow. This was my third session with Tiffany, Zach, and their boys, and every time feels like catching up with old friends, only this time with a camera in hand.
Their boys are full of personality, sweetness, and energy, making every session lively and fun. Seeing their little personalities develop over the years has been incredible, and I love capturing these everyday moments that become treasured memories.
One of the best parts of being a Starkville family photographer is capturing families in their natural element. For the Slaughters, every hug, silly laugh, and playful interaction tells the story of who they are as a family. With multiple sessions under our belt, they know me and feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Trust lets them shine – and those genuine smiles and little quirks are exactly what make family photos so special.
Tiffany has always been so kind to reccommend me to her circle of friends. She’s sent countless Starkville referrals my way, and I can’t thank her enough for helping other families capture their own memories (while helping support my business). Word of mouth is truly the best way for people to find me, and it always means so much when people refer me to their people!
Family photography is about capturing your unique story, the little moments, and the connections that make your family who they are. Whether it’s your first session or your third, I love documenting families in a way that feels genuine, joyful, and timeless. CLICK HERE to visit my website and get more information!

There are some wedding days that feel long in the best possible way, and then there are wedding days that seem to pass in the blink of an eye. Zach and Sarah’s wedding at The Hewlett Barn in Starkville, Mississippi somehow felt like both. After eight hours of wedding photography coverage, I remember packing up […]

I love every wedding day I get to be a part of (well, almost… ha). But every now and then, a wedding comes along that sticks with you long after it’s over. The Barrette wedding at The Hill and Moor in Starkville was one of those days. From the moment Hannah reached out, I had […]

The Frazier wedding is one of those wedding days that wedding vendors dream about. It was beautiful, intentional, emotional, and full of meaning from beginning to end. Even more than that, it was personal to me because of my long history with Brianna and the way God so clearly brought her and Max together. From […]

It’s always such a joy to photograph families I’ve worked with before, and the Telle family session was no exception. This was my second year capturing Caitlin, her kids, and their beautiful family in Starkville, Mississippi, and it’s moments like these that remind me why I love family photography so much. Watching a family grow […]

Set in a field in Starkville, this session focused on togetherness and capturing this season exactly as it is. Family photography in Starkville is about more than posed portraits – it’s […]
